The training is also expected to provide an understanding of various Hajj policies and service schemes, including tanazul and murur.
Such knowledge is considered important so pilgrims understand the service mechanisms they may encounter before departing for the Holy Land.
“What we want is for pilgrims to depart fully prepared. Prepared in their worship, prepared in their understanding, and prepared in their health,” Irfan said.
