Asus memasang sensor Sony IMX766 50MP pada kamera utama bagian belakang, bersanding dengan modul ultrawide 13MP dan kamera makro 5MP. Kamera selfie kini menggunakan sensor Sony IMX663 12MP.
ROG Phone 6 dan 6 Pro masih menggunakan baterai 6.000mAh yang dibagi menjadi dua sel masing-masing 3.000mAh, dan terdapat port USB-C ganda – satu di bagian bawah dan satu lagi di samping. Pengisian daya dengan kabel masih 65W seperti seri ROG Phone 5.
